Established during Quarantine 2021
Rance comes from a background in Talent Acquisition (a fancy word for HR/Recruiting) where he has spent the past eight years, five of them with the Boise State Broncos Football team. He received his masters degree in Athletic Leadership and Bachelors in Kinesiology. To say he isn’t using his college degree is an understatement. After many years of bad luck and mistreatment to his body, golf is really the only physical activity he can do… so he wants to do it all day and night.

Shane comes from a backing in Technology Product Engineering after 10yrs with Micron, Inc. He received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Portland where he also played college basketball. Shane is the most competitive person in the world, but rightfully so, as he has never lost at anything. Shane’s knowledge around products and technology help him far more in creating a business about golf, rather than enhancing his ability to shoot a low golf score. Especially in the dark.
